We will be making your delivery within the 14 day period stated. One of our staff will be in touch with you, using your contact number supplied and sending you an email. Please allow us time to arrange our delivery schedule prior to calling you. We will call at least 3 days prior to our intended delivery date to confirm the date and estimate AM or PM.
We can only offer a kerb side delivery as our drivers are not insured to enter premises. Please note you will need to check all items including doors on delivery. The driver will wait for you while you check the items and doors and you must sign to say they are satisfactory and fit for purpose.
If you intend using subcontractors for installation we recommend you do not commit to them until the delivery has been made, this will avoid any danger of your being financially liable for downtime due to unavoidable delays. We ask you to inspect your system carefully on arrival as we are unable to accept claims for breaks, scratches or damage after delivery.
As the system is made to your specifications. “Made to measure” we cannot make any refund, other than a valid warranty claim once you have accepted delivery. To make a warranty claim please first do so in writing or email. Then return the goods to our factory, where we will make an inspection within 2 working days. Subject to this inspection we will immediately make a refund including your actual cost to return the goods. (Please keep the invoice for the return as proof of cost). If we believe the claim to be invalid we will immediately inform you by email with a full explanation and where necessary photographs, you will of course have the opportunity to present your explanation.
